Non-Binary Burritos

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (CB) — Allen Superior Court Judge Craig Bobay ruled Monday that "tacos and burritos are Mexican-style sandwiches." Ruling in favor of Martin Quintana who now can open his 2nd "The Famous Taco" location. Quintana and the Covington Creek Association had been embroiled in this legal battle over the taco location being opened in the plaza that Quintana owns. The Covington Creek Association maintained that "The Famous Taco" violated their agreement with Quintana that would limit his plaza to restaurants that only sell 'made-to-order' sandwiches. In a statement to The Associated Press, "I'm glad this thing is over. We are happy. When you have a decision like this, the only thing you can be is happy. We're excited," said Quintana.

In this the year of our Lord 2024, where the bathrooms are genderless, the borders are boundless, and Lia Thomas dominates women's swimming, Judge Bobay is now allowing tacos and burritos to identify as sandwiches. This ruling is truly appalling and threatens to rip the very moral fiber of our country.

There is no word yet about an appeal from the Covington Creek Association, but we can only hope it is appealed to the highest level of the Supreme Court. While I certainly can support Quintana opening a business in the plaza he owns, I cannot stand for a taco to be called a sandwich. No word on if Judge Bobay has extended his sandwich ruling to hot dogs being ballpark sandwiches, cereal being soup, made a definite ruling on the dress's color, and if it was Yanny or Laurel.
